The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) is committed to ensuring meaningful access for individuals with limited English proficiency. We provide language assistance services at no cost and are in the process of making essential materials available to the public in multiple different languages, in accordance with the New Jersey Language Access Law.
Our team is working to translate documents and other resources that help students, families, and professionals understand the services we offer and how to access them.
To read more about our ongoing efforts to make vital documents more accessible, please review our Language Access Plan below.
The information in this Language Access Plan reflects HESAA’s current assessment, practices, services, staffing, and resources as of December 2025. HESAA is committed to continuing its efforts toward ongoing implementation of language access and will revise this plan in accordance with the law.
