REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR Student Loan Program Revenue Bonds The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority ("HESAA" or "Authority"), is seeking proposals from firms interested in serving as Financial Advisor to the Authority for bonds issued through negotiated sales. The Financial Advisor will serve as the Authority's Independent Registered Municipal Advisor under the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board ("MSRB") regulations and as such respondent firm must be qualified to serve in this capacity. Through this RFP, HESAA seeks to obtain the best services at the most favorable, competitive prices. Bid documents are available on the HESAA website at: http://www.hesaa.org/Pages/Procurements.aspx The Authority must receive proposals no later than 4:00 pm on Friday October 2, 2023.
