​Effective June 3, 2020, the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) introduced the new loan rates for the upcoming academic year. Once again, HESAA is able to provide competitive rates to students who are pursuing a higher education. NJCLASS family loans are available to New Jersey students, no matter where they enroll, and available to out-of-state students who choose to enroll in a college or university within New Jersey.
