The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) is soliciting quotations for a vendor to print and distribute its publication, “Going to College in New Jersey.” This magazine is targeted to high school students to provide information on the higher education institutions in New Jersey, the programs they offer and financial aid programs offered by the State.
